I used the website to book the carpet cleaning service. The website included all the information I needed to know, what cleaning method was used, how long it takes to dry, the cost, and an online booking system.
Prior to attending, I recieved an email and text messages to confirm the booking and what to expect on the day and how to prepare the rooms ready for cleaning.
On the day they turned up on time, were clean and efficient in their work, and they took around an hour to complete the work. Payment was made by card machine again making the whole experience convenient.
I was very impressed with the results. My carpets were left looking clean, smelling fresh and feeling softer again. The carpets were damp for a couple of hours, they didn’t take long at all to dry.
